Bien aménagé. Métro à 200 mètres et Montjuic à 20mn à pied. Par contre éviter cet appartement avec des enfants car pas de séparation entre chambre et séjour. La construction est récente et de nombreuses finitions restent à terminer.(murs poussiéreux de plâtre, fils électriques apparents...) Gros défaut : L'insonorisation du fait que il donne directement dans la rue et qu'il soit mal insonorisé (1cm d'espace sous porte entrée)... A éviter si on cherche le calme. Néammoins l'acceuil est chaleureux, le service de nettoyage correct. | | | ||
