It is composed of a living room provided with a sofa bed for 2 people where was arranged a dining area provided with a table and 4 chairs, a charming bedroom with a double bed, a completely equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The apartment recently renovated is decorated within a modern and cordial style. Being at the 2nd floor of the building, it is very luminous all over the day and is particularly quiet. This flat with its very central location is both recommended for holidays and business stays in Barcelona. |

The surrounding area: The area around the apartment, mostly pedestrian, is close to many medieval buildings and monuments, restaurants, pubs, art galleries, ... especially in the “Ribera” district. The “Santa Maria del Mar” church is few close, the “Picasso” museum and the Cathedral of Barcelona are also very close as well as the "Ciutadella" Park. Few minutes by walk from the apartment, the famous “Ramblas”. The old harbour of Barcelona “Port Vell” is at few minutes by foot and just after, the “Barceloneta” district with its beaches. |
