Very nice apartment of 75 sq m with a huge private terrace of 80 sq m from the district of “Horta” in the heights of Barcelona. It is composed of a living room, two bedrooms each of them with a double bed, a totally equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a work space. The apartment is entirely surrounded by the terrace which one can reach from the living room and from the office. It was arranged to create a space of live with splendid sights offered on the district and the neighbouring hills. It has of a table with several chairs, a couch, a part covered to protect form the summer sun of, and has got many plants and flowers. This apartment decorated in a simple and elegant way is occasionally occupied by the owner. You will feel in an serene environment and at the same time full with life. Very luminous throughout all the day and entirely isolated from the noise, it offers an opportunity to discover a district of Barcelona with an authentic ambience similar to the one of a village. The subway and the bus network of bus are right at a few minutes by foot. IMPORTANT: IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDEN TO ORGANIZE ANY RECEPTION OR CELEBRATION IN THE TERRASSE, DURING THE DAY AND DURING THE NIGHT. IF THIS RULE IS NOT RESPECTED THE CLIENT WILL HAVE TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION |

The surrounding area: You will accommodate on the heights of Barcelona in the district of "Horta" which was a village apart from Barcelona before being attached to the city 100 years ago.
