Located in a renovated building which conserved its typical original façade, this flat was decorated in a refined and luxurious way. It is composed of a nice living room with a dining area and an american kitchen, two bedrooms one provided with a King bed and the other with two individual beds, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has got a large balcony that makes all the apartment very luminous. Being in a pedestrian street, it is also extremly quiet. This luxurious housing is recommended for holidays as well as for business stays thanks to its exceptional geographical situation and the comfort which it offers. |

The surrounding area: The area around the apartment, mostly pedestrian, is in the heart of the Gothic district where are located the most famous stores of Barcelona, many other shops, restaurants, pubs,... The “Plaça Catalunya” and the famous “Ramblas” street are just at few minutes by foot. The Gothic cathedral of Barcelona is also very close. |
