It is composed of a living room provided with a sofa/bed for one person and a small space for the kitchen, 2 small bedrooms : one provided with a double bed and another one with 2 single beds, and a shower. The living room is opened to a balcony that offers a view on the district and the beach and which makes the space very luminous all over the day. An exception in this district where the streets are so narrow. Located at the 4th and floor of the building without lift, this apartment is extremely quiet and offering a unique view. Located in the heart of the old city of Barcelona and just near the beaches, this very pleasant flat offers the possibility to discover the city and to enjoy the sea throughout the year. |

The surrounding area: The apartment is at few minutes from the beach. The famous “Ramblas” street is just at 15 minutes by foot and the “Parc de la Ciutadela” and its zoo are at only 7 minutes by foot. On another hand, the district is very lively and close to the best terraces and seafood restaurants of Barcelona. |
