Very nice studio of 30 sq m with a terrace of 25 sq m in the Raval district just 2 minutes by foot from "Las Ramblas". The apartment has got a small luminous living room, an american kitchen totally equipped, a nice bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. From the living room, you can access to the terrace provided with a table and three chairs out of wooden posed in between flowers and plants. You will probably feel far from the city in this romantic place. |

The surrounding area: At just 2 minutes by foot from the apartment you can reach the “Ramblas” street with the famous ”Liceu” theatre and the “Boqueria” market. The “Palau Güell” is at few minutes by foot. At 5 minutes by foot, the “Rambla del Raval”, beautiful walk where you can discover an outdoor work of the artist “Botero”, or just take a seat to enjoy the sun in one of its terraces. On sunny days, you can reach the beach in only 15 minutes by foot. |
