Fabulous loft of 70 sq m with a private court of 80 sq m in the district of Poble Sec just 7 minutes by foot from Las Ramblas and Sant Antoni market. In a great volume of 5 meters height, were arranged on the first level, a large space for a kitchen / dining room, a living room with two sofas, a beautiful bedroom for two people as well as a bathroom. In the prolongation of this volume, behind a large window, you will find a superb large court. In the upper of the flat, were arranged two mezzanines (2 meters height) which shelter two bedrooms, each one for two people. Each part of the apartment was painted within a specific colour giving to the whole a very stylish ambiance. The court is equipped with a big table, six chairs all out of wooden and two large deckchairs posed in between flowers and plants. The surrounding area: The apartment is just 5 minutes by foot from Las Ramblas street with its famous Liceu theatre and Boqueria market. At 5 minutes by walk, the Rambla del Raval, beautiful walk where you can discover an outdoor work of the artist Botero, or just take a seat to enjoy the sun in one of its terraces. Close to there, the MACBA (Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona) and the CCCB (Centre de Cultura Comtemporania de Barcelona). The Plaça Espanya where is located the Fira de Barcelona and Mont Juic park are at about 7 minutes by walk. |
