Located in a renovated building which conserved its typical original façade, this flat was decorated in a refined and luxurious way. It is composed of a living room which has a dining area opened to a large balcony, a bedroom provided with two single beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a very nice bathroom. The apartment has got wooden floors, originally high wood-ceiling and wall stones. It is very luminous and quit being located in a pedestrian area. This luxurious housing is recommended for holidays as well as for business stays thanks to its exceptional geographical situation and the comfort which it offers. |

The surrounding area: The area around the apartment, mostly pedestrian, is close to many medieval buildings and monuments, restaurants, pubs, art galleries, ... especially in the “Ribera” district. The “Santa Maria del Mar” church is at 50 meters, the “Picasso” museum and the Cathedral are also very close as well as the "Ciutadella" Park. Few minutes by walk from the apartment, the famous “Ramblas”. The old harbour of Barcelona “Port Vell” is at 5 minutes by foot and just after, the “Barceloneta” district with its beaches. |
