Located in a renovated building which conserved its typical original façade, this flat was decorated in a refined and luxurious way. It is composed of a living room provided with a nice double sofa-bed, a dining area, one charming bedroom provided with a King bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The prevalent colour is the white of the walls and the majority of the pieces of furniture. This luxurious housing is recommended for holidays as well as for business stays thanks to its exceptional geographical situation and the comfort which it offers. |

The surrounding area: You will accommodate in front of the Harbour of Barcelona "ort Vell" at the junction of the "Barri Gotic" district with the "Merce" basilica and the famous Ramblas avenue which are at few minutes by foot, the " Born" district with the Picassomusuem and the "Santa Maria del mar" medieval church at only two minutes and finally the "Barceloneta" district and its beaches. In the Harbour itself the "Museu d'Historia de Catalunya" which is lodged since 1996 inside the "Palau de Mar", the only building of the original port of Barcelona still conserved. |
