Charming studio flat of 35 sqm with a huge private terrace of 80 sqm from the district of the «Raval» at only two minutes from the «Ramblas». Located in the fourth and last floor of a building without elevator, it has an incredible terrace with nothing opposite that offers a view of all the city of Barcelona and most of its monuments. The apartment is composed of a large room nicely decorated and provided with a master bed for two persons and one sofa, a kitchen totally equipped, a nice bathroom decorated with beautiful earthenwares. All the ground is out of sandstones and the high ceilings very typical of the buildings of the old city of Barcelona is decorated with red bricks. This apartment is very sunny all over the day and is extremely quiet as it is located in a pedestrian area. It is strongly recommended not to loose the night sight on the enlightened monuments of the city : a unique experience of lodging in Barcelona. IMPORTANT: IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDEN TO ORGANIZE ANY RECEPTION OR CELEBRATION IN THE TERRASSE, DURING THE DAY AND DURING THE NIGHT. IF THIS RULE IS NOT RESPECTED THE CLIENT WILL HAVE TO LEAVE THE APARTMENT WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION |

The surrounding area: At just 2 minutes by foot from the apartment you will reach the “Ramblas” street with the famous ”Liceu” theatre and the “Boqueria” market (which is at the corner of the building). The “Palau Güell” is also at few minutes by foot. At 5 minutes by foot, the “Rambla del Raval”, beautiful walk where you can discover an outdoor work of the artist “Botero”, or just take a seat to enjoy the sun in one of its terraces. On sunny days, you can reach the beach in only 15 minutes by foot. |
